If you are not able to attend a conference or an event, you are allowed to transfer your ticket to a colleague at any time. If we receive your written cancellation at least 14 days before the start of the conference, you will be refunded the total amount with the exclusion of a cost 15% excl. VAT for administration. If we receive your cancellation within 14 days from the start of the conference, no refund will be made. In case of a late cancellation, a refund will only be made if the delegate can show a medical certificate. In case Content Lab cancels a conference, a full refund will be made.
